New recruit for CBRE’s Manchester office agency team

CBRE Manchester has appointed Mark Garner as Senior Surveyor to join its growing Office Agency team, strengthening its North West offer.

Mark joins CBRE from Bruntwood where he held positions within their regional Asset Management and Sales teams. His experience spans management of rent at risk portfolios, expansion and relocation work, undertaking building decants and driving new lettings. As an ancillary role, Mark was also responsible for the management and growth of Bruntwood’s rooftop telecoms income stream.

In his new role with CBRE Mark will work within the City Centre and across the wider North West region, undertaking both acquisition and disposal projects with a focus on landlord disposals.

Working across all CBRE Manchester’s office instructions, Mark will be involved in a number of key projects, including 3 Hardman Square, One New York Street, Piccadilly Place and Towers Business Park.
