After first introducing their Birmingham business centre a little over a year ago, iHub Office have now announced the opening of their new floor within the Colmore Gate Building.

As the Colmore Business District’s (BID) latest addition to an ever-expanding portfolio of new-comers, iHub’s new floor sees more than 300 new workstations being introduced to the cities fastest growing commercial office sector.

The expansion to iHub’s business centre has seen large amounts of interest from SME’s, Start-ups and Entrepreneurs from a wide variety of industries; so much so that they have already pre-let 70% of the space off-plan, with estimated 100% occupancy before the official launch in July 2018. On offer is a host of Private Offices, Meeting Rooms and Hot-Desking/Co-Working spaces, with beautifully designed communal areas for all to enjoy.

Rico Wong, CEO of iHub Office said, “The sheer number of enquiries continuously coming to the central Birmingham market, particularly Colmore Row is out stripping every other provincial city in the UK by 39% and the interest in the product continues to grow.”

Wong went on to say, “We offer a stunning environment along with a clear pricing strategy that our clients can understand. Our generous break-out spaces, all-inclusive internet access and telecom packages, and with dedicated on-site teams to assist clients throughout the day; the value to existing and start-up businesses speaks for itself.”

Emma Johnston, General Manager at iHub Birmingham also said, “Following the success of our existing floor and with growing demand for serviced office space within the city, we decided to invest more into Birmingham by commissioning the purchase and fit-out of our new floor.”

“We’ve created an environment on the existing floor where our clients are truly comfortable within their surroundings, whilst encouraging communication and networking with fellow tenants. We aim to replicate this on the new floor once its open in the summer.”

iHub Office has a rapidly growing and diverse client base; Recruitment companies, Law firms, Marketing agencies, IT consultancies and multiple organisations working on HS2 projects, to name a few; but are always open to new industries to occupy their spaces.
