With the backdrop of ongoing demand for good quality industrial and logistics space in Gloucestershire, St. Modwen will shortly complete the final three speculative buildings at its £22 million Gateway 12 Business Park.
Gateway 12 is already home to kitchen firm, ProCook, home furnishing supplier Warwick Fabrics and, most recently, to retail giant Amazon, which moved The Book Depository into its new regional distribution centre earlier this month, creating over 100 local jobs. A fourth speculative unit (Unit 6 at 41,000 sq ft) is available for immediate occupation and with a final three new detached units, offering 24,000 sq ft, 34,000 sq ft and 66,000 sq ft, ready for occupation this summer. Gateway 12 is being delivered alongside the £150m mixed-use development at Littlecombe in Dursley, and the Quedgeley West (now complete) and Quedgeley East Business Parks located adjacent to junction 12 of the M5. Collectively, these four sites comprise around 200 acres and have the potential to attract over 6,000 jobs to the area.
