Charity fundraiser leases Baldwin Street offices in Bristol city centre

Charity fundraiser Home Fundraising has moved into offices in Baldwin Street in Bristol city centre.

The face-to-face fundraiser has leased the 2,440 sq ft first floor of 26 Baldwin Street on a three year lease at a rental of £12 per sq ft. Landlord Shardell Limited was advised in the transaction by property consultant Knight Frank.

Home Fundraising has 15 years’ experience in face to face charity fundraising. It has recruited 1.7 million regular giving donors and raised over £685 million pounds for charities.

Eliza Birkett, from Knight Frank’s Bristol office agency team, said: “This deal is a good example of an occupier seeking a flexible lease length and a landlord willing to provide short leases coming together to the benefit of all parties.”

The 26 Baldwin Street building comprises a three-storey period office with open plan offices on each floor. The ground floor of the building is also available to rent.
