M&G Real Estate sees continued demand for prime office space in Reading

M&G Real Estate has announced that PwC, one of the world’s largest professional services firms, and ConvaTec, a leading international medical products and services company, have increased their combined existing office space at No 3 Forbury Place in Reading by over 18,000 sq ft.

The 219,000 sq ft office building is home to the likes of Yell, Pegasystems and Osborne Clarke. Reading has ideal connections with main national transport hubs and is set to benefit further from the forthcoming completion of Crossrail.

Aaron Pope, Asset Manager at M&G Real Estate says: “Forbury Place offers first class facilities that cater to the growing demand for Grade ‘A’ office accommodation in the Thames Valley region. With the forthcoming completion of Crossrail in 2019, we see demand continuing to grow and ultimately even more interest in office developments such as Forbury Place.

“The continuing commitment from such high calibre tenants is a clear reflection of the quality of the offering at No 3 Forbury Place.”

Christopher Richmond, Head of Real Estate at PwC, adds: “PwC is delighted to announce it has leased additional space at 3 Forbury Place to accommodate business growth and to reinforce the Reading office status as a National Centre within our network.”
