Carter Jonas lets over 20,000 sq ft at Woodlands Industrial Estate in Wiltshire

Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has agreed five new lettings totalling 24,300 sq ft at Woodlands Industrial Estate in Westbury, Wiltshire, on behalf of the landlord, HPH Commercial Property Ltd, following the recent refurbishment of multiple units.

The Paper Bag Company, the UK’s leading supplier of quality plain and printed promotional paper bags, agreed a 10 year lease for Unit 6 (8,000 sq ft) off a quoting rent of £45,500 per annum. The end-terrace industrial/warehouse was refurbished to meet the tenant’s bespoke requirements and includes a service yard, ground and first floor offices.

Casa Furniture, a south west based furnishings company, has agreed an 10 year lease for Unit 7 (5,395 sq ft) off a quoting rent of £31,500 per annum. The detached warehouse/industrial unit was refurbished to provide ground and first floor offices, LED lighting and an electrically operated loading door.

Easy Jose Speciality Coffee, suppliers of organic coffee, have taken Unit 1A (5,500 sq ft) on a 10 year lease to roast coffee utilising a green coffee roaster to reduce energy consumption and smoke emissions. Next door, Unit 1B has been let to Topdrill, the provider of site investigation and geotechnical services, on a five year lease off a quoting rent of £15,250.

Finally, the popular dance studio, Just So Dance has agreed a 10 year lease on Unit 11B (4,000 sq ft). The move has allowed ‘Just So’ to create three separate studios with reception area and changing facilities.

Woodlands Industrial Estate is a modern, well-managed estate that provides a range of commercial units close to Westbury town centre and the mainline railway station. Westbury is a busy market town in the centre of Wiltshire with good road links to the M4 and South Coast Ports.
