LSH surveyor celebrates RICS success

Nick Hammond, from the Nottingham office of national commercial property firm Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is celebrating after qualifying with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a chartered surveyor.

The benchmark of the property profession across the globe, membership of the RICS is recognised as the world’s leading professional qualifications for those working in land, property and construction.

Nick, aged 25, joined LSH in September, 2010 while concluding his Masters degree in banking and finance at Nottingham Business School. He also holds a BA (Hons) in estate management from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of LSH’s Central Region Property Asset Management division, working out of both the Nottingham and Birmingham offices.

He was originally incorporated into the Property Management and Lease Advisory teams and now supports LSH’s growing Asset Recovery and Restructuring service, working on fixed charge receivership appointments throughout the country with Nottingham office head Julian Healey, and investment acquisitions with Birmingham-based Adam Ramshaw. He also continues his lease advisory role for LSH’s landlord clients, dealing with property in and around Nottingham.

His success provides continuity to LSH’s established track record of training and development. The LSH East Midlands offices are also supporting Will Bradley, John Turner, Emily Sturgis and Mike Smith through the APC process.
