Hakkasan Group appoints CCWS Interiors for refurbishment of 8,000 sq ft London office

Hakkasan Group, a leading hospitality group, has appointed CCWS Interiors to design and refurbish its new London office. Hakkasan Group moved into the 8,000 sq ft space in 2017 with the plan to refurbish within 12 months.

It led a competitive pitch process to find a partner to help upgrade the office and create an environment that better matched the business, its culture and its brand.

Hakkasan Group wanted a design and build company to create a dynamic workspace that can engage its team, with flexible working spaces and hot desks to encourage collaboration. With regular visits anticipated from visiting C-level executives from around the world, the offices would also require suitable executive suites and meeting spaces. Hakkasan Group needed a partner with experience of creating stylized, design led workspaces that could effectively balance aesthetics with functionality.

David Keane, Founder and Managing Director of CCWS Interiors said: “We’re delighted to be appointed for this project. We admire what Hakkasan Group has achieved and feel confident our design led approach can deliver a space that will knock their socks off. We like to challenge conventional thinking on workspace design and know this aligns well with Hakkasan Group’s values.”

Matthew Clatworthy, Architecture & Interiors Assistant, Hakkasan Group said: “CCWS Interiors look and feel different to their competition. We felt their design-centric approach and alternative way of working suited our needs perfectly.”

CCWS Interiors has been appointed to deliver:

  • Planning and budget costs for executive leadership review
  • License to alter consultancy
  • Pre-construction, including 3D visualization of proposed design schemes
  • Value engineering and cost analysis
  • Full package of construction drawings and plans
