Altitude Investments complete Stratford retail investment purchase

Altitude Investments are pleased to announce the completion of the purchase of 31 Bridge Street, Stratford upon Avon on behalf of Monaco based property company Gilardini Realty.

The property comprises circa 2,350 sq ft of retail and ancillary space on one of the best pitches in Stratford upon Avon. Let to Holland & Barrett until 2025 the property offers secure income with various asset management opportunities in the future. As part of their extensive due diligence, Altitude were able to uncover over 1,000 sq ft of previously unknown space in the building, that could be used as first floor trading longer term. The space hadn’t been accessed for over 17 years, since the start of Holland & Barrett’s occupation, so made for quite a find!

Altitude Investments are retained by Gilardini Realty to deliver on their business plan of building a portfolio of properties let to occupiers linked to the medical and wellness industries in internationally recognisable locations. Sister company Altitude Asset Management will be working with Gilardini Realty to asset manage the portfolio.
