West Point Row continues to attract new occupants

The recently refurbished West Point Row offices at Bradley Stoke in north Bristol have attracted another new occupant.

Retail and commercial bank Shawbrook Bank Limited has taken 1,460 sq ft on the first floor of Unit 5 of the two-story premises off Great Park Road.

Landlord Southdowns Westpoint Row Ltd was jointly represented by commercial property specialists Colliers International and GVA, while Shawbrook Bank was represented by JLL.

In recent months, space at West Point Row has been taken by French Construction and facility management firm, Bouygues Energies and Services S.A.S; engineering, IT and facilities company NG Bailey, and International software testing company QualiTest.

James Preece, national offices director in the Bristol office of Colliers International, said: “West Point Row has attracted considerable interest since it was refurbished by the landlord Southdowns WestPoint Row following acquisition last year.

“Unit 2 is under offer, leaving only 1,427 sq ft on the ground floor of Unit 5 available. We are expecting interest in this from a variety of potential occupiers in this high-quality building, which benefits from convenient access to the M4/M5 interchange, an excellent parking ratio, and a competitive quoting rent.”

Terry Wolfendale, Regional Managing Director, Shawbrook Bank commented: “Opening our new Regional Business Centre at West Point Row ensures we’re ideally located to visit customers and partners across the South West.”
