Cushman & Wakefield has promoted 46 staff to Associate and Associate Director in its EMEA business, across a range of markets, skill lines and functions.
Laura Halse and Rhys Griffiths, both part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Cardiff-based Valuation & Advisory team, have been promoted to Associate. Both provide Valuation, Landlord and Tenant and Corporate Recovery advice to clients ranging from private individuals to national organisations, UK based and international funders.
In addition to their recent promotion both have had further recent success with Laura gaining RICS Registered Valuer status and Rhys recently passing the NARA assessment to become a Registered Fixed Charge Receiver.
