Eight move up the ladder at JLL Birmingham

Property consultancy JLL has announced eight promotions within its Birmingham office, as part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to developing and retaining the best people.

David Nicholls (Property & Assessment Management) and Richard Roberts (Residential Development) have all become local directors.

Dan Powers, (Building Consultancy) Ollie Ward (Valuation Advisory) and Kelly Williams (Corporate Estate Management) have also been promoted to associate directors, whilst Ravinder Bains (Planning & Development Consultancy) and Caroline Lockley (Lease Advisory) are now senior surveyors.

JLL’s lead director Midland region, Ian Cornock, said: “It’s always one of the year’s highlights to reward staff for their commitment and their talent, and these promotions confirm that our future is in good hands.
