Acting on behalf of the landlord, Goadsby have successfully renewed the leases at Units 33 & 34 South Hampshire Industrial Park for a further 5 years.
The management of the property is overseen by Goadsby and therefore punctual action was taken to begin the process of renewing the leases 12 months prior to their contractual expiry. Benefitting from being a multi-disciplinary practice, the renewal negotiations were referred to Goadsby’s specialist Landlord and Tenant department.
