Leading property advisers CBRE have announced the promotion of seven staff in its Bristol office. The promotions come off the back of the firm’s continued drive to invest in its workforce, with staff numbers having grown by 10% in the last year in Bristol.

Guy Mansfield, Peter Craske and Ian Banks have all been promoted from Associate Director to Director; Mark Kelly and Marcus Hutchings are now both Associate Directors having been Senior Surveyors; while Rosanna Lake and Rob Moran are now Senior Surveyors.

One of CBRE’s 11 regional offices across the UK, CBRE Bristol started out in the city in Berkeley Square with just four members of staff back in 2003. The firm has since grown to over 60 members of staff with 16 departments, having moved to its current office on the top floor of Clifton Heights one year ago having been based at Howard House for the previous nine years.

Garry Hicks, Managing Director of CBRE Bristol, said: “This is an exciting time for us, as we continue to strengthen our practice and adopt modern ways of working to attract and retain the best talent. The promotions are thoroughly deserved and all of our staff bring a wealth of experience to support all of our clients and strengthen our position across the South West.”
