Park life helps software specialists thrive

Software specialists SRH Systems, which has based its UK headquarters at Whittington Hall Park in Worcester since 2007, has announced it has extended the lease on its offices for a further five years.

The move is a clear demonstration of the company’s appreciation of all that the highly popular business park has to offer.

SRH Systems is part of the worldwide HORIBA Group, and is principally engaged in the design and implementation of software for the automation and control of test rigs in the automotive development sector.

Financial controller Louise Dunn-Massey said: “We are very happy to extend our lease here at Whittington Hall Park. It is in a very convenient location and provides a wonderful, peaceful working environment.

He said: “The last 18 months or so has seen several companies relocate to our site because they have been successful and need to improve and increase their office accommodation. The figures clearly demonstrate that this has become one of the most popular places in the region at which to base a business. The site is well let and occupiers include a wide range of business from banking and accountancy to marketing and aviation recruitment.”

With stunning views of the Malvern Hills, the business park on the southern outskirts of the city provides a beautiful backdrop to a range of offices occupied by companies drawn to the scenic and serene site.

Whittington Hall Park is home to a wide range of businesses employing around 535 people. The major employers are Resource Group, with 160 staff, and Mainstay, which has around 150 workers, but there are many more firms occupying the office space.
