On behalf of client of DTZ Investors, BDT incorporating Woodford and Company has let Unit D, Telford Road.  The unit had been refurbished and totalled 29,524 sq ft (2,743 sq m) with the benefit of a large yard and sits in a prominent position overlooking the Houndmills Road.  The premises have been taken by Store ‘n’ Secure Limited represented by Sibbett Gregory for their new self store operation in Basingstoke.
