The store measuring 4,686 sq ft is let to Peacock Stores Limited at a rent of £33,500 pa. A new 5 year lease has been granted, commencing December 2015.
On behalf of C.R. Engl Holdings, Fletcher Morgan have let Unit 4a, Gripoly Mills Retail Park, Sloper Road, Cardiff, to J & B Sewing Machine Co Ltd.
The unit measuring 2,000 sq ft has been let on a 7 year lease. The headline rent was £18,000 pax.
