CBREGi, represented by Fawcett Mead, has sold the freehold investment of a prime retail parade at 12/14 Pydar Street in Truro to a private investor for £3.72 million, which reflects a net initial yield of 5.72%.
Comprising three shop units, the parade is let to Thorntons, Holland & Barrett Retail and Stormfront Retail on 10-15 year leases. The total rent roll is £225,000 a year.
