Second building gone at Bardon but three still left

A few weeks ago FHP reported the first sale on behalf of its clients, Marks Electrical, of one of their former units at Forest Business Park, Bardon Hill, just off Junction 22 of the M1 Motorway and with a further unit now sold there are just three units left.

The latest deal sees another prime building in a superb location just off the Motorway at Junction 22 of the M1 sold to expanding local company Cooks Export Services and frees up further capital for our clients to invest in their new state of the art accommodation where their business continues to expand and flourish.

Tim Gilbertson who acted on behalf of Marks Electrical commented: “Once more another prime unit at Bardon has been sold. The fantastic location of these units and excellent specification really means that any expanding company can find no better home in the East Midlands and with three units still left ranging from 6,700 sq ft to 18,500 sq ft any potential buyers need to be quick to take advantage of the rare availability of this space we have on offer.”

Managing Director of Marks Electrical, Mark Smithson commented: “I am delighted that Tim has now sold the second of our four units at Walker Road, Bardon and have no doubt that he will quickly achieve similar sales of the remaining space.

“Our relocation and expansion is being hugely assisted by the quick disposal of these buildings but given the fantastic location they occupy and excellent specification it is no surprise that they are being sold so swiftly.

“Bardon has been a great home for us over the years and no doubt any party looking at relocation could also benefit from the terrific location and specification that the site has to offer.”
