St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has appointed Gregg Titley as Development Manager, to develop and grow its portfolio of mixed use schemes across the Midlands.
Gregg will work on a number of projects including the new St. Matthew’s Quarter development currently underway in Walsall, regeneration sites in Clay Cross and Eastwood and a 700,000sqft logistics scheme to the West of junction 10 of M42 in Tamworth.
Previously Gregg has overseen a number of high profile schemes across the UK as project director at national commercial developer Shepherd Developments and prior to joining Shepherd Developments, was an associate director in the industrial agency team at the Midlands office at DTZ.
Gregg, who will be based at St. Modwen’s headquarters in Longbridge, Birmingham, said: “St. Modwen is a company synonymous with regeneration and redevelopment, to which I am proud to be associated. Gregg’s appointment to St. Modwen comes at an exciting time for the business, as work gets underway on the eagerly awaited £12 million retail and leisure development at St. Matthew’s Quarter, Walsall, which will include a new 11-unit retail and leisure scheme. The multi-million pound project by Norton and Proffitt Developments, a joint venture between St. Modwen, and Goold Estates Ltd, will transform Walsall’s retail offering, whilst complementing the ongoing regeneration of the town centre.
