Four new graduates have joined JLL’s Birmingham office, expanding the Planning and Building & Consultancy teams.

Philip O’Reilly joins as graduate building surveyor, Christopher Torbett as graduate surveyor, Darren Venables as graduate planner and Nick Spencer will be working across JLL’s specialist divisions.

The appointments come of the back of JLL being shortlised for the best graduate recruitment campaign in the Property Marketing Awards, through raising the importance and profile of property across a wide range of audiences.

Ian Cornock, lead director for JLL in Birmingham said: “As a company we feel it is increasingly important to broaden our recruitment talent pool to draw on skills beyond property, to stress the relevance and importance of the property industry to wider communities and the economy.

“We are extremely pleased with our selection of Philip, Christopher, Darren and Nick and we look forward to seeing their careers progress through JLL.”
