RMW Knight Chartered Surveyors have recently completed three deals in Somerset.
With joint agents Richard Heard & Co, RMW Knight have completed the open market letting of retail premises at 18 Broad Street, Wells. This 515 sq ft shop was let to a private individual.
RMW Knight have also completed the letting of a light industrial unit at 8, Wirral Park, Glastonbury. The 1,715 sq ft premises was let to Indigo Herbs on behalf of a private landlord.
And RMW Knight have also completed the freehold sale of a period office building at 65 High Street, Shepton Mallet. This 3,984 sq ft building was sold to a private investor.
