A major independent plumbing supplies company is moving on to a long-established business park in Salisbury.
Commercial & Domestic Plumbing Supplies (CDP Supply) is expanding its business with a new depot at the Glenmore Business Park on the Churchfields Industrial Estate.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the let of a prominent warehouse unit on the site on a five-year lease at a rent of £10,000 per annum.
Myddelton & Major senior surveyor Rachael Ward said: “CDP Supply is a one-stop shop for domestic, commercial, industrial, mechanical services, pipeline, plumbing and heating requirements.
“It is a significant move for them to open their third depot – following Westbury, Wiltshire, and Frome, Somerset – in Salisbury and they will be a welcome addition to the existing businesses.
“That a well-respected company is expanding is welcome news and shows there is confidence in the building industry as the sector continues to grow.”
CDP Supply serves businesses in the Wiltshire, Hampshire, Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas.
