DTZ expands Leeds office with five new appointments

DTZ has made five new appointments to its Leeds office.

Cian O’Carroll joins as Associate Director in the Rating team, the Project & Building Consultancy team has recruited Wayne Cummings as Senior Quantity Surveyor and Graduate Surveyors Richard Coles and Tom Pollard whilst Olivia Bailey joins the Facilities Management team.

Joining from the Leeds office of Lambert Smith Hampton, Associate Director Cian will be undertaking all aspects of Rating work for clients as well as helping to develop junior members of the team. Cian’s role will also involve business generation ahead of the 2017 rating revaluation.

Wayne Cummings joins DTZ from AECOM and brings a broad range of sector experience including housing, supermarket/retail and infrastructure. In his new role he will be helping to expand the Quantity Surveying service in the North.

Tom Pollard and Richard Coles both join the 14 strong Project & Building Consultancy team as Graduate Surveyors and will be working towards their APC. Richard is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University and spent six months at Lambert Smith Hampton whilst Sheffield Hallam graduate Tom joins from Monaghans.

Olivia Bailey joins DTZ from Emcor UK Facilities Management and has also worked for the B38 Group in a facilities management role. She joins a team of five Facilities Managers based in Leeds reporting to Regional Facilities Manager, Christian Dalby.
