Wynd of change with new Wiltshire business park

The first units have been sold to businesses in a new £1.5m mixed commercial and residential development in Wiltshire.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated four sales of premises at the Wyndham Business Centre in Hindon Lane, Tisbury.

It is the newest business complex in Wiltshire and part of CG Fry’s Wyndham Place development of three and four bedroom homes.

Myddelton & Major is acting as agents for the £1.5m project and expects to successfully finalise more sales and lettings shortly.

Dean Speer, a partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “It is exciting to see the first negotiations complete for these high quality industrial units and offices.

“The new occupiers are beginning to take up residence and we expect the park to become an increasingly attractive location as the newest business park in Wiltshire.

“Nearly all of the commercial units are complete and we have just agreed the sale of three further units. Viewing activity and interest has certainly picked up as we advance into the Spring.”

Wyndham Business Park offers a range of light industrial, office and workshop/storage units from 509 sq ft upwards for purchase freehold or rent under new leases.

The 20 units are arranged in four blocks.

Rents per annum range from £4,950 to £8,000. Freeholds range from £65,000 to £115,000.

Most units have the potential to add a first floor. The development includes allocated car parking and landscaping.

Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2014 for the third year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online ‘bible’ of the UK commercial property industry.
