DTZ wins property management instruction for TIAA Henderson 1.5M sq ft Central London office portfolio

DTZ is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a three-year contract to provide full property and facilities management services in respect of a 1.5m Central London office portfolio, owned by TIAA Henderson Real Estate.  The instruction comprises a portfolio of 27 premises totaling 1.5m sq ft, £36m rent roll and a combined service charge of c. £12m per annum.

The prestigious portfolio incorporates the £200m Houndsditch estate, where the DTZ City Investment team recently sold a 50 per cent share to Madison International Realty and the 470,000sq. ft Leadenhall Triangle group of buildings, which incorporates the proposed 900,000sq. ft 40 Leadenhall Street (‘Gotham City’) development for which planning permission was granted in February of last year.

DTZ’s property management department will provide full estate, financial and facilities management services, incorporating development consultancy, technical services management, energy and sustainability advice and customer engagement.
