Acting on behalf of Dulcine Ltd, Goadsby have let 169a New Road, West Parley to Robert Chaunt, who will be using the space as a personal training gym.
The subject premises comprise a first floor area of 550 sq ft and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £5,500 per annum exclusive.
