Williams Gunter Hardwick has secured the letting of 4a Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells for its client The Heart of Kent Hospice.
The Hospice has acquired 82.96 sq m (893 sq ft) by way of a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, from May 2014. There is a tenant only break at the expiration of year 5, together with 4 month’s rent free.
The initial rent is £28,500 per annum exclusive.
