Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell appoints new Associate Director

Portsmouth commercial property adviser Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has appointed Peter Dalby as an Associate Director. Peter joins the firm from Daniels Harrison where he has spent the last two years as a valuation specialist undertaking valuations for many of the mainstream lenders for loan security on a wide variety of commercial and residential properties throughout central Southern England.

Prior to this he worked in London for some of the country’s leading banks and was Regional Manager at Colleys for 10 years before returning to commercial practice in the South.

Commenting on Peter’s appointment, Tom Holloway director of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell said: “We are delighted to welcome Peter to Holloway Iliffe and Mitchell.  As a RICS Registered Valuer he has been involved in all aspects of commercial valuation whether for lenders, private clients or pension funds and as the market has begun to gather pace, the need for specialist advice is very important to our clients.

“Peter brings a wealth of experience to Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the regional market will be enormously beneficial to our clients and will see him involved in all aspects of the business, including asset management and lease advisory services.”

Peter Dalby added: “The opportunity to broaden my activity with Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell is very exciting. I am looking forward to being part of an experienced team and being able to build on an already successful client base across the South Coast.”
