Recruitment firm expands at Greyfriars Court

Hortons has secured its latest tenant at Greyfriars Court in Coventry.

Specialist recruitment firm eResponse Recruitment has taken 2,571 sq ft on a five-year lease at the office building on Greyfriars Road.

The company was previously based at The Quadrant on Warwick Road. It has relocated to larger premises at Greyfriars Court to accommodate the expanding business.

Established in 2003, eResponse specialises in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, customer service and office-based roles. It also has a growing training division, which delivers training programmes for businesses, their employees and the unemployed.

The company employs 75 people across the West Midlands at its branches in Coventry, Kidderminster, Worcester and its head office in Redditch.

Nicky Grogan, regional manager for eResponse, said: “The business has quickly expanded in Coventry andwe therefore required larger premises to fit the growing team.

“Greyfriars Court is in an excellent location with good transport links, making it ideal for customers who are coming in to see us for jobs or training. It’s also in the heart of Coventry’s business quarter.

“We’re really pleased with the space as it gives us the perfect environment to expand further.”

Greyfriars Court is a five-storeybuilding comprising 42,743 sq ft of modern office accommodation. Tenants include BPAS, Fine & Country, Newmans Estate Agents, Pitman Training and Sencia. There is currently less than ten per centof space available to let in the building, with one of the remaining suites having recently gone under offer.

Nina Meeks from Hortons said: “We’re pleased to have secured eResponse Recruitment as a tenant at Greyfriars Court. The company had a number of requirements, such as a central location with access to local transport connections and space to grow into as the business expands, which we were able to accommodate at Greyfriars Court.”

D&P Holt Commercial advised Hortons on the letting to eResponse Recruitment, acting as joint agents with Shortland Penn & Moore.

Rupert Gillitt, director of D&P Holt, said: “The number of lettings recently secured at Greyfriars Court not only reinforces the quality of the building in terms of specification and location that tenants require, but is also another indication of the continued improvement in the commercial property market, particularly for quality city centre office space.”
