Barclays has appointed Judith Gage as Head of Real Estate for Barclays Business in the UK.
In her new position Ms Gage, previously Head of Business Banking for the South West Region, will report into David Onto, Director of Specialist Industries, and will be responsible for supporting professional property investors and developers with financial support of up to £3 million.
The role will see Judith head up a specialist team of Barclays Business Real Estate managers which has grown from nine managers in 2010, to 52 across the UK today. Partnering with property developers and investors with a proven track record in the commercial and residential sectors, Barclays Business Real Estate delivers a wide range of financial support options.
