Another 5,000 sq ft let at Abbeyfield Court

NG Chartered Surveyors has let a further 5,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at Abbeyfield Court, Lenton, to the arts and crafts supplier, Trimcraft Ltd.

The latest letting at the site comes after they secured another 5,000 sq ft letting to the Circle Partnership in the same building – Bishop House in late 2013.

Trimcraft, a leading producer of arts and craft brands for the likes of The Range, Hobbycraft and Wilkinson, has re-located its offices from Hucknall to the high quality Nottingham development, taking Unit B of the first floor.

Sunny Landa, director, at NG Chartered Surveyors said; “NG worked closely with Trimcraft to identify the company’s space requirements, undertaking an inspection of its main facility in Hucknall in order to get a full understanding of how the business operates. The unit at Abbeyfield Court was selected due to its outstanding transport links and proximity to Nottingham city centre. The development was designed by award-winning architects Franklin Ellis and the quality of the office space is really second to none.”

Mr Satyen Fakey, CEO of Trimcraft commented, “We are delighted to be moving to these fantastic new offices which will now accommodate our recent growth as well as a state-of-the-art showroom for our products. Working with Sunny at NG has been a refreshing experience in commercial property letting. NG worked hard to understand our business requirements and presented the right selection of properties within the timelines set.

Bishop House on Abbeyfield court provides Trimcraft with the space & location to continue its growth in becoming a market leader in arts and crafts distribution. Thank you to all at NG for your efforts!”

Victor Ktori, director of Industrial & Logistics at joint agents, Savills Nottingham, said: “This recent letting in a Grade A office building is a testament to the quality of the space and excellent location.

“We are experiencing a significant increase in demand for offices generally and have strong interest in the rest of the development.”
