Firms drawn to central location of The Crescent Centre

The proximity to Bristol’s business quarter at Temple Quay, and to the mainline railway at Temple Meads, continues to draw companies to office accommodation offered at The Crescent Centre.

As companies search out good quality secondary stock in the area – with all the advantages of being close to Bristol’s business heart, at a fraction of the cost of being in Grade A space, accommodation such as that at The Crescent Centre in Temple Back remains in demand.

Arriva Transport Solutions Limited and Classroom Video Limited are the latest companies to relocate to The Crescent Centre. Arriva Transport Solutions has taken 2,435 sq ft of space on the 3rd floor at the Crescent Centre, keen to be close to Temple Meads, while Classroom Video, which has relocated from nearby St Thomas Lane to gain room for expansion, has taken 1,640 sq ft also on the 3rd floor.

Joint agents GVA and Hartnell Taylor Cook, advise the landlord, Redefine International on the marketing of the space at The Crescent Centre.

Richard Kidd, Director of Office Agency at independent property adviser GVA’s Bristol office says, “By relocating to The Crescent Centre, both these companies are gaining all the advantages of being adjacent to Bristol’s business quarter at Temple Quay, at a fraction of the cost of being in Grade A accommodation.”

He continues, “We have space available in The Crescent Centre in suites ranging from 450 sq ft. The Crescent Centre is a vibrant location, already home to companies such as URS and the CAD Centre in addition to the two new tenants we have announced today. Its position immediately next to Temple Quay but with lower rent, makes it a very attractive proposition for companies wishing to relocate to the city centre.”

Knight Frank represented Arriva Transport Solutions Limited, and Colliers represented Classroom Video Limited.
