Miller Commercial’s Business Transfer Department is leading the charge into Devon, initially concentrating in and around the main conurbations of South and East Devon.
Head of Miller Commercial’s Business Transfer, Graham Timmins explains the decision to cover a wider area was prompted by an increasing number of enquiries about properties in both Cornwall and Devon.
Graham Timmins ““As far as a typical buyer is concerned there’s a fairly blurred line between the two counties. We have a data base of more than 12,000 potential buyers who are spreading their net wider and looking for a lifestyle change to the South West and we have to act accordingly.”
We have already invested in more staff and have increased our presence on specialist websites as well as being in constant dialogue with lending institutions.
The gradual easing of lending has increased the ability of buyers so now is the right time for Miller Commercial to introduce our data base of potential buyers to new clients in Devon.
