BNP Paribas Real Estate appoints Steve Norris as Non-Executive Chairman of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK

Steve Norris is joining the Board of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK as its new Non-Executive Chairman.

Steve Norris has combined a career in politics with a distinguished business career. He was a Member of Parliament for over fourteen years (1983-1997), served as Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Departments of Environment, Trade and Industry and the Home Office and was Minister for Transport in London from 1992 to 1996. Steve Norris was also Vice-Chairman of the Conservative Party and stood twice as their candidate for Mayor of London (in 2000 and 2004).

As a businessman, Steve is Chairman of Soho Estates and has wide experience of both quoted and unquoted companies.
