Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Planning & Environment has obtained consent to use the ground floor of 95 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth as either a shop, office or restaurant. Formerly occupied by a Hi-Fi shop, the unit has been empty for a year. The new planning permission can now attract a variety of potential end users, taking advantage of a location that has increasing footfall, particularly with a high resident student population.
