New roles announced at Eco Sustainable Solutions

Expanding organics recycling firm Eco Sustainable Solutions has announced new roles for two of its longest-serving staff.

Justin Dampney has been appointed Site Manager while Alison Budd has returned from maternity leave to become Office Manager.

Eco, which is based at Parley, Dorset, has also appointed Charlotte Haswell as Sales Account Handler.

Justin has worked for Eco for several years latterly as Business Development Manager for the company’s successfully ComfyBed product. He also oversaw Eco’s marketing activities and developed future markets for products derived from waste wood.

Alison joined Eco in 2005 as a Sales Account Handler before being promoted to Supervisor and now Office Manager.

Charlotte was previously a Store Manager for Monsoon Accessorize in London. Originally from Bournemouth she attended Glenmoor School and also The Bournemouth and Poole College.

Founded in 1994, Eco employs 50 people and has an annual turnover of £10 million. The company owns and operates the UK’s leading purpose-built site for organics recycling and renewable energy generation, currently processing 250,000 tonnes of organic material each year across four facilities.
