Midlands commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy has revealed that its sales figures increased by nearly 38% in 2025, with its lettings per annum also growing by nearly 29%.
The company achieved total sales of £29,290,545 in the last 12 months, up by 37.85% on £21,320,000 in 2024, while its lettings per annum were up 28.72% from £5,297,449 to £6,818,831.
CoStar, the commercial real estate information specialists, has also revealed that Bromwich Hardy was the busiest agency in the Coventry and Warwickshire marketplace during 2025.
The company’s 109 sales and lettings deals represented a market share of 18% – three times higher than the next busiest agency which had a 6% market share.
Bromwich Hardy recorded the progress in its annual Barometer 2025 publication, which it launched at a special event at Coventry Rugby Club’s Butts Park Arena on Friday (6th February).
Tom Bromwich, managing partner at Bromwich Hardy, said: “We performed extremely well in 2025, despite what was a challenging year for the sector, with all the economic inertia caused by the never-ending speculation surrounding the Chancellor’s Budget.
“The fact that we achieved such substantial growth in both our total sales to more than £29 million and in our ‘lettings per annum’ to more than £6.8 million made us once again stand out in Coventry and Warwickshire.
“We also used the last 12 months as a focused period of consolidation, recruiting several skilled professionals and adopting various new structures to improve our operational efficiencies.
“We now expect our strong momentum in the marketplace to continue to grow in 2026, which several major deals already about to complete.”
More than 120 guests attended Bromwich Hardy’s Barometer 2025 event, which included a keynote speech from Stuart Buckley, managing director of Warwickshire Property & Development Group.
