Colliers has welcomed Andrew Crow as a director in its Development Advisory team.
Andrew joins after 20 years at Newmark Gerald Eve where he worked on a number of significant development projects across private, public, and charities sector estates across London and the UK. Andrew spent time seconded into Places for London (TfL’s property company) helping their Planning and Development team unlock one of its prime central London over station development sites at Southwark Tube Station, and assisting in procuring the eventual joint venture partner of the Platinum Portfolio of Bank OSD, Paddington OSD and Southwark OSD, being Helical Plc.
At Colliers he will focus on unlocking opportunities for a range of public and private landowners, developers, and high net worth individuals in navigating land assembly, feasibility, financial viability, estate regeneration, options assessments and exit strategies alongside highly experienced land agency teams. In recent years Colliers’ Development Advisory team has provided best in class advice to RLAM on its proposals at Davenport Green in Manchester for more than 2,500 homes, Greycoat Capital in its plans for 1,500 homes in Chelmsford, and Campus Living Villages in its permission for 1,585 student beds in Salford.
Andrew White, head of Residential at Colliers comments: “The addition of Andrew to our Development Advisory team is a real win not only for us, but for our clients. The UK residential market is being continually frustrated by a lack of momentum when it comes to development and the constantly changing landscape of planning and regulation. With Andrew’s experience and expertise we will be able to offer best in class strategic advice to give our clients the best chance of success with their projects.”
Andrew Crow adds: “I’m really excited about the next phase of my career at Colliers, working with its broad range of clients to explore and unlock development opportunities across the UK.”
