Jones Hargreaves strengthens team with five hires as client instructions surge

Leading independent commercial building, project and sustainability consultancy Jones Hargreaves has made five new appointments across three of its seven offices in response to continued growth which has seen instructions rise by 36% in the first six months of 2025.

Recently named as one of the Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times for the second year running, headcount at Jones Hargreaves has increased by a third across its London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow, Birmingham and Cardiff offices in the last 12 months.

Jones Hargreaves has recruited experienced building surveyor Adam Griffiths as Associate Partner for its newest office in Birmingham. Having worked for Cushman and Wakefield in Birmingham for almost seven years, Griffiths has significant experience in both providing professional services and project delivery having undertaken a range of schemes of varying complexity and value across the Midlands.

Senior Surveyor Elliot Price joins Jones Hargreaves’ Manchester office from Hollis Global. An experienced building surveyor across a number of professional services, Price specialises in delivering logistics focused refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £50k to £3m.

Joining the firm’s London office are Building Surveyor Andrew Quinn and Principal Engineer Arthur Duncan. As well as extensive experience with dilapidations, technical due diligence and planned preventative maintenance, Quinn has undertaken contract administrator and project management roles on a variety of office, industrial and external repair projects in London and the Home Counties.

Arthur Duncan has over ten years’ experience as a mechanical building services engineer across multiple commercial sectors. He joins Jones Hargreaves from Steensen Varming where he was senior engineer for almost five years.

Joining the support team based in London is Vicky Coxon. Vicky also joins from Hollis Global as a Senior Office Administrator who will be providing office and organisational support to ensure the continued smooth running of day-to-day operations.
