Jones Hargreaves, a leading independent commercial building, project and sustainability consultancy, has hired a senior project manager as the company continues its nationwide expansion.
James Yarham has joined the firm’s London office as Senior Associate Partner, having specialised in project management within the commercial sector for over ten years. He joins Jones Hargreaves from Newmark (formerly Gerald Eve).
Yarham has worked as a project manager for numerous high-profile investors, institutional funds, developers and occupiers and has a wealth of experience across the commercial sector. He has delivered many successful Cat A and Cat B office and logistics projects across London and the South East.
Specialising in complex project management, Yarham’s previous schemes have included the multi-million-pound relocation of the Mayor of London and the Greater London Assembly (GLA) to the new City Hall at the Royal Docks, Newham, along with several high-profile occupier relocations in the capital and surrounding counties.

Focusing on developments over 10,000 sq ft and a value of £2m upwards, James will manage a range of projects for market-leading clients including strategic refurbishments and occupier fit-outs.
