International accountancy adviser to take second floor at landmark Sea Containers building

Global Holdings Management Group, the international real estate and development company, has signed a lease agreement with global accounting and business advisory firm, CFGI, to occupy a 7,776 sq ft workspace at Twenty Two Upper Ground on a five-year term.

For approximately 25 years, CFGI has been providing financial consulting services internationally to a broad and high-calibre roster of clients, with offices across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. The space at Twenty Two Upper Ground will provide a prime workspace positioned close to key transport links and the South Bank’s array of amenities.

As part of the Sea Containers development, Twenty Two Upper Ground offers 62,258 sq ft of high-quality office space spread across eight floors. Adjacent to this is Global Holdings Management Group’s Barge Crescent, a 35,000 sq ft riverside development which is reaching practical completion.

Each floor at Twenty Two Upper Gound can be fully fitted to meet occupier requirements, with access to a range of amenities within the Sea Containers complex, including bookable meeting rooms, a gym, restaurants, and bars.
