Colliers and Hanover Green’s South East Office Agency teams, acting on behalf of the landlord London & Regional, have secured three office lettings at Belmont House in Uxbridge, totalling 44,588 sq ft. With these lettings, the building is now fully let.
The new occupiers, Pilgrim’s Europe, Knights Professional Services, and Apcoa Facilities Management have taken space across the first and second floors of the building and join the likes of GiffGaff, Arrivia UK, PFU (EMEA) A RICOH Company, Optical Express and Orega within the building:
- Pilgrim’s Europe has leased the entire first floor on a long-term lease.
- Knights Professional Services has taken 11,001 sq ft on the second floor on a 10-year lease.
- Apcoa Facilities Management has taken 6,636 sq ft on the second floor on a 10-year lease.
