Global Holdings Management Group has agreed a 5-year lease with leading healthcare communications business, Lucid Group, to take 7,721 sq ft of workspace at its South Bank office scheme Twenty Two Upper Ground.
With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Lucid Group is based across four global locations where they work with hundreds of top brands and client teams. Their new space at Twenty Two Upper Ground will act as the company’s new London headquarters providing high-quality workspace for its growing team.
Part of the wider Sea Containers development, Twenty Two Upper Ground consists of 62,258 sq ft of prime workspace spread across eight floors, which includes SeaCo and the soon-to-be completed Barge Crescent, a 35,000 sq ft brand new development with river views and terraces. Within walking distance of major transport hubs such as Waterloo, Blackfriars and Southwark stations, Twenty Two Upper Ground has 38,870 sq ft of workspace available.
