Due to the growing market and increasing project pipeline, Hinton Properties Limited has appointed Paul Hanley as development director.
Paul joins from Gerald Eve LLP, where he spent five years working with the national investment and development team in the Birmingham office.
“We are delighted to have Paul on board, he will be an integral part of the company in bringing development opportunities to fruition and his knowledge and expertise of the property market will prove invaluable in his new role with us and our expansion into the wider Midlands area.” Commented James Hinton.
Paul will be responsible for bringing forward new retail and leisure based development schemes throughout the UK.
