Global real estate adviser Knight Frank announces the appointment of Sian Codling in the Residential Investment & Development Valuations team.
With 15 years’ experience in the property sector Sian joins as Partner, having spent the last nine years working in Knight Frank’s London headquarters. She joins the growing Bristol based team, focussed on residential investment and development valuation advisory across the South West, South Coast and South Wales regions.
Work will include advising major banking, developer and public sector clients and investors on a wide range of PRS assets and development sites.
