Charles Twist has joined as an office asset management specialist in the London real estate team, another newly-created role, initially focused on the Central and Greater London portfolio. Charles joins from Viewranks Estates and has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, with a particular focus on the Central London office market. He has previously worked at Farebrother and Gerald Eve.

Rebecca Gates, Head of UK Asset Management, Schroders Capital Real Estate, commented:

“The appointments of Charles and Matthew reflect the continued investment in specialised sector expertise in the real estate team following the onboarding of significant new client portfolios. Their focus on occupier satisfaction and operational excellence will support continued long term outperformance for our clients against the backdrop of a rapidly changing and more operationally focused real estate market.

“I am delighted Charles and Matthew are joining the team as we grow our UK real estate platform in both London and Manchester, allowing us to be ever closer to our clients, assets and occupiers. Their experience will support the increased focus on our hospitality-led approach to asset and property management, with every asset managed as a business in itself. We anticipate that further hires will be made in both our London and Manchester offices to support a high level of business growth and positive portfolio activity.”
