Flude Property Consultants conclude multiple retail and leisure lettings

Flude Property Consultants (FPC) have concluded a number of retail and leisure lettings across West Sussex and Hampshire.

The six properties were let by way of separate transactions to a variety of individuals, which include limited companies and local charities.

The lettings include 75 North Street in Chichester, 9-11 York Road in Bognor Regis, 12 High Street in Emsworth, 20 North Street in Chichester, 69 South Street in Chichester, and Unit 15 on The Boulevard in Waterlooville.

75 North Street in Chichester is a well presented Class E unit arranged over the ground floor and basement of an attractive period property. The property was let to a local charity.

9-11 York Road in Bognor Regis is a prominent corner unit situated on a substantially refurbished arcade only 200m from the seafront. The property was let to a limited company.

12 High Street is a well-positioned shop located in the attractive and popular town of Emsworth. The unit was let to a private individual.

20 North Street in Chichester is a well presented Class E premises which offered 2,713 sq ft of space arranged over two floors. The unit was let to a national charity.

69 South Street is a prime retail unit on a semi-pedestrianised street located close to Chichester Cross in Chichester. The shop is arranged over four floors with the main retailing space on the ground and first floors, with ancillary storage and office accommodation on the third and fourth floors. The shop was let to a Trading Post Coffee Roasters.

Unit 15 on The Boulevard in Waterlooville is a large Class E unit arranged over the ground and first floor. The Boulevard is an attractive pedestrian precinct comprising 21 retail units located in the centre of Waterlooville. It is a busy location which connects London Road and Dukes Walk Shopping Centre. The unit was let to a limited company.
