Cushman & Wakefield has made two new appointments to its South West hub in Bristol.

Louise Claxton has joined the Valuation & Advisory team as Surveyor from Carter Jonas in Bristol.

She qualified as a Surveyor in autumn 2020 and will work alongside Andrew Hughes (Partner), Rhys Griffiths (Associate) and Andrew Murdoch (Senior Surveyor) in the Valuation team covering the South West and South Wales.

In addition, Lauren Harrison has joined the Cushman & Wakefield graduate scheme and is currently on a rotation in the industrial agency team. She graduated in 2019 from The University of Bristol in International Business Management and then completed a master’s in real estate at Oxford Brookes University.

Tim Davis, Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield’s South West Hub, said: “We are delighted to welcome Louise and Lauren to the team. Louise’s experience in a range of sectors as well as Lauren’s fresh talent will be a great asset to the team and our clients as we continue to grow.”

He added: “Their appointments closely follow those of Steve Lane and Alfie Passingham who have joined the office agency team in Bristol team and demonstrate our commitment to having the best people in the industry to advise our clients across the region and further afield.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s South West hub is based at Rivergate House on Redcliff Street in Bristol city centre.
