The Boutique Workplace Company have opened their state-of-the-art facility in Kingston to cater for all business, from the one man start up to those with a multi-million turnover.

The environment of The Smith is designed to promote staff well-being and while traditionally, occupiers have had to commit to long term leases, flexible working at The Smith means that occupiers can decide how much space they require and for how long.

Occupiers can choose to pay a single monthly inclusive price which covers all property outgoings including desking, ultra-fast fibre broadband, utilities, break out areas with bean-to-cup coffee, and generous car parking with electric car charging. The Smith lies on the Kingston cycle network and provides changing facilities, showers, and secure bike storage.
